~~Fordingbridge Museum reopens its door for the summer season on Tuesday April 9th after a winter of frantic activity.  Volunteers have been beavering away dismantling some exhibits, assembling others, cleaning, cataloguing and planning.

Be on the look out for a major event on Augustus John this year to coincide with the exhibition at Salisbury Museum.

The statue of the artist Augustus John near the bridge in Fordingbridge will be the subject of a talk by Dr Jonathan Black of Kingston University on Tuesday 31st March 2015 at 7.30Tickets cost £9 in advance from the Fordingbridge Bookshop or £10 on the door. The price includes a glass of wine.
